Shipping & handling

Please note that the shipping cost of original paintings on this website is not included in the listed price unless otherwise noted. Shipping costs will be invoiced after your online purchase and will be calculated based on your location/zip code provided.

After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation via email with your order summary. You will also receive a shipping notice email with tracking once your order has shipped. Please allow 3-7 business days for domestic/continental U.S. shipping. 

For Art Prints, please allow 3-10 days for shipping as they are made to order and printed in the U.S. with only top-quality materials that meet and exceed the standards set forth by the Fine Art Trade Guild.

Local pickup: If you are in South Florida, local pickup is available. Please select this option during checkout, and we will email you to coordinate the date and time for pickup. The studio is located in Aventura, FL (North Miami)

U.S. Shipping

Continental U.S. purchases: Artworks are shipped via USPS, UPS and/or FedEx depending on the artwork and the shipping location. Please contact us for additional information. 

 

International Shipping (OUTSIDE THE U.S.)

International purchases: Artworks are shipped via UPS and/or FedEx depending on the artwork and the shipping location. Please contact us for additional information. 

PAYMENT PLANS

Payment plans are available for artwork priced at $700.00 or above. If you are interested in setting up a payment plan, please contact us before your purchase. 

You can reserve your artwork with the first payment. If you use Zelle, there is no interest to pay. On the other hand, if you prefer to set up a PayPal payment plan, an additional PayPal service fee will apply, and it will be added to the total amount.

Artwork can be picked up at the Miami studio or shipped 3-7 days after the final payment.  

Important: Once a deposit has been made, the artwork selected is considered SOLD and removed from the market; therefore, payments are non-refundable.

Thank you for your interest in commissioning a custom painting! If you love my art but don't see an available piece for your space – with the colors and size of your choice – I can create a new piece for you.   • All original artwork, prints, and products are final sale. I want you to be 100% happy with your new artwork, so please get in touch with us with any concerns or questions you may have. 

  • Please note that artwork is photographed with the best lighting available to represent the true color of each painting; however, not all computer monitors are the same, and colors may vary slightly from the actual work.

  • Nicolle Cure retains all rights to the artwork. Artwork may not be reproduced in any way without the artist's written permission.
